Transcendental Massage

A 30 minute massage for the head, neck, and shoulders aimed to provide tension relief, headache relief, and relaxation. Face massage also included upon request.

Head and Neck Massage

These sessions include education on the biological function of your symptoms, inquiry and pattern recognition to reveal the conflict behind your symptoms, and somatic witnessing to ground the knowledge into your body.
